Return Policy

RETURNS

All Home Boost products are guaranteed for 30 days after delivery date. Claims made after 30 days of delivery may not be guaranteed. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a full refund or exchange. To authorise a return, please email service@homeboost.store or contact us via Facebook at Home Boost Store.

Items must be returned in their original packaging together with a shipping tracking number and the reason of return. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Unless your item is damaged or faulty, return postage expenses are not covered by Home Boost LTD. 

EXCHANGES

If your item arrives faulty, we must be made aware within 5 days of delivery to authorise a replacement. Items are only illegible for exchange if they are defective, damaged or is not as expected. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, please send us an email at service@homeboost.store or contact us on Facebook at Home Boost Store and once approved, your product will be replaced as soon as possible.

 CANCELLATIONS

To cancel your order for an immediate refund, you must notify us within 1 hour of your purchase being made. Cancellations are made by emailing service@homeboost.store, containing your order number and reason for cancelling. Cancellation requests made after 1 hour of purchase cannot be guaranteed. Failure to cancel your order within this time period may still be refunded in full once returned to us after delivery.
